Xinghuo Lighting Group's production base is divided into the following departments:
1. Solar and LED production department;
2. Outdoor traditional lighting fixture production department;
3. Lamp post manufacturing department.
The solar workshop implements electrostatic dust-free management, has highly automated production lines, a complete range of testing equipment, and has established a research and testing center. The LED lighting fixture workshop is equipped with advanced packaging equipment, including a specialized production line for color and electrical classification of high-power LEDs, a darkroom for testing finished product light intensity and illuminance, and testing equipment for simulating high and low temperatures, dust, and other environmental conditions. The outdoor traditional lighting fixture production department has multiple large, medium, and small die-casting machines, capable of hanging hundreds of workpieces at once to complete multi-level color operations in one go. The multi-station automatic assembly production line, product packaging line, can complete packaging in one go. The lamp post manufacturing department has a large bending machine with dual-machine linkage and balance valve control, with a pressure capacity of up to 1000 tons. The lamp posts can be molded in one step to a length of over 16 meters, with a bending thickness of up to 18 millimeters, and can produce round poles, square poles, tapered lamp posts, and customized special-shaped lamp posts as per customer requirements. The spray paint colors can be selected based on customer needs, with over 180 colors available for selection.
